My Weight Loss Story
Last year I made a commitment to make my health a priority. I had been on every fad diet and exercise program there was. After each program I wound up gaining the weight back and more. Through all of my research, I finally found the ideal human diet. A diet that humans evolved to eat. With this new lifestyle I lost 80 pounds and have boundless energy. I know that I will never gain the weight back and that the changes are permanent. I had such fantastic results that I decided to become a coach. Since then, I have helped numerous people achieve their weight goals and improve their overall health.
