Serves 4

12 oz.  mango, peeled, sliced

12 oz.  passion fruit pulp, unsweetened

4 tbsp. lime juice

1½ cups  water

2 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)

How to Prepare

Place the mango slices, passion fruit pulp, lime juice, water and syrup in a blender and blitz until smooth. Divide equally between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
