Recipe

2 frozen bananas

3 medjool dates, pitted

1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

3 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

*for topping – chopped dark chocolate, fresh strawberries, hazelnut butter, roasted cashews, granola, or dried fruit

How to Prepare

In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.

Divide the mixture between two bowls and add your favorite toppings on top.
