Recipe

1/2 pound wild-caught large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup almond flour

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking spray

How to Prepare

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels

Mix in a shallow bowl:

Coconut

Almond flour

Salt

Beat egg in a separate bowl

Dip each shrimp:

First in egg

Then in a coconut mixture

Air fry:

Spray basket with oil

380°F for 6-8 minutes
