Looking for a nourishing way to kickstart your day or refuel after a workout? This High Protein Pumpkin Smoothie blends the rich, comforting taste of fall with ingredients that pack a serious nutritional punch. Made with real pumpkin purée, plant-based almond milk, flax seeds, and protein powder, this smoothie is more than just seasonal—it’s a smart choice for your body.
Pumpkin is loaded with fiber, beta-carotene (a powerful antioxidant), and immune-boosting vitamins like A and C. Combined with banana for natural sweetness and potassium, almond butter for healthy fats, and ground flax seeds for omega-3s and digestion-supporting fiber, this smoothie delivers long-lasting energy. The addition of protein powder helps support muscle repair and satiety, making it ideal for breakfast or post-exercise recovery.
Naturally sweetened with a date, and spiced with the warm flavors of pumpkin pie spice, this smoothie tastes like dessert—but fuels you like a pro. Top it with granola for a little crunch, and you’ve got a creamy, dreamy treat that’s as good for your body as it is for your taste buds.
