1.8 oz. (50g) gluten-free crackers (~12 crackers), crushed
1.8 oz. (50g) green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. Coconut aminos
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
How to Prepare
Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine beef, crackers, green onions, coconut aminos, garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix gently by hand. Shape into walnut-sized balls.
