This Burger Salad takes everything you love about a classic burger and reimagines it in a fresh, bowl-friendly form. It’s a satisfying balance of juicy lean beef, crisp vegetables, and that familiar tangy-sweet flavor you expect from a great burger—just without the bun.
Fresh iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion add color, crunch, and essential vitamins, while dill pickles bring a sharp, refreshing bite. The lean ground beef patties provide high-quality protein and iron, making the dish both filling and nourishing. A drizzle of creamy burger sauce ties all the flavors together, giving you that perfect burger experience with a lighter, more wholesome twist.
Quick to prepare and endlessly adaptable, this salad works just as well for a weekday lunch as it does for a casual dinner. Add a sprinkle of cheese, swap in turkey or plant-based patties, or customize your toppings—the result is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
