Notice the timing of your symptoms. Not what triggered them, not what you ate, not how stressed you were. Just the clock.
- What time does your energy drop?
- What time do the cravings hit?
- If you wake up at night, what time is it?
- Does your mood shift at a predictable point in the afternoon?
Write it down if you can. Even two or three days of observations will be enough.
You do not need to analyze it or figure out what it means. Just notice whether the timing is more predictable than you thought.
