Chronic inflammation is a silent epidemic that’s not getting the attention it deserves. This persistent, low-grade inflammation is linked to nearly every chronic disease plaguing our world today. From diabetes and heart disease to autoimmune conditions and depression, it plays a central role in the development and progression of these health issues. What’s more alarming is that the World Health Organization ranks chronic inflammatory diseases as the greatest threat to human health, with 3 out of 5 people worldwide dying due to these conditions. Despite its widespread impact, not enough people are talking about chronic inflammation or understanding its far-reaching consequences on our overall well-being.
