Recipe

Serves 4

1 lb.  ground turkey

2 tsp. fresh sage leaves, finely chopped

¾ tsp. salt

¾ tsp. smoked paprika

½ tsp. red pepper flakes

½ tsp. fennel seeds, crushed

½ tsp. garlic powder

olive oil cooking spray

How to Prepare

In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, sage, salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds, and garlic powder until evenly combined. Using damp hands, form the turkey mixture into 8 thin patties about 3″  in diameter and ¼ ” thick.

Grease an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange the patties in the basket, spacing about ¼”  apart.

Cook at 400°F  for 5-8 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through, until golden and crisp. Continue cooking the patties until all the mixture has been used up.
