1 lb. ground turkey
2 tsp. fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
½ tsp. garlic powder

How to Prepare
In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, sage, salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds, and garlic powder until evenly combined. Using damp hands, form the turkey mixture into 8 thin patties about 3″ in diameter and ¼ ” thick.
