1-1/2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup all-natural almond butter
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup sliced raw almonds

How to Prepare
