Recipe
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
*optional toppings – -gluten free oats, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, granola, apple slices and maple syrup.
How to Prepare
Place all ingredients except your desired toppings into a blender. Blend until smooth.
