Apple Raisin & Cinnamon Oat Bar

These Apple Raisin & Cinnamon Oat Bars are a naturally sweet, plant-based snack made with wholesome ingredients. Porridge and jumbo oats provide fiber and complex carbohydrates for sustained energy, while raisins and dried apple pieces add natural sweetness and antioxidants.

A touch of cinnamon enhances flavor and may support healthy blood sugar levels, while coconut oil and maple syrup gently bind the bars and provide healthy fats. Quick to prepare and easy to pack, these oat bars are perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast, afternoon snack, or post-workout fuel.

Recipe

Serves 12

2.5 oz. (70g) raisins

2 tbsp. dried apple pieces, chopped

4.75 oz. (135g) porridge oats

2.5 oz. (70g) jumbo oats

1 tbsp. coconut oil

6 tbsp. maple syrup

1 pinch ground cinnamon

How to Prepare

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.



In a large bowl, mix raisins, apple, oats, and cinnamon.



Melt coconut oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat until just bubbling. Pour over oat mixture and stir well.



Press into the baking tray and spread evenly. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Let cool before slicing into bars.
