How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, mix raisins, apple, oats, and cinnamon.
Melt coconut oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, and maple syrup in a pan over medium heat until just bubbling. Pour over oat mixture and stir well.
Press into the baking tray and spread evenly. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Let cool before slicing into bars.
