Apple Walnut Salad

This Apple Walnut Fall Salad is the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of fall! The salad is made with a mix of greens, apples, and walnuts. It’s simple to make and tastes amazing! You’ll love how the different flavors and textures come together in this salad. Thanks for trying it out!



1/3 cup raw walnuts halves

2 cups green leaf lettuce, loosely packed

2 cups arugula, loosely packed

2 apples, peeled & thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp dried cranberries (optional)


juice of 1 large lemon

1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

pinch of black pepper

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

How to Prepare

1.) Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the walnuts out evenly and bake for 8-10 minutes or until deep golden brown.

2.) While walnuts are toasting, prep all the salad ingredients and add them into a large bowl.

3.) Prepare the dressing by adding all ingredients to a jar and shaking it vigorously to combine. Taste and adjust flavor as needed.

4.) Add the walnuts to the salad and top with dressing. Toss to combine and serve immediately
