Recipe
Makes about 10-15 balls
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 10 minutes
½ cup dried apricots
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes

How to Prepare
COMBINE INGREDIENTS. Add sunflower seeds, dates, apricots, cinnamon, protein powder, and lemon juice to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until well incorporated.
