Recipe

Servings 4

8 cup kale, sliced crosswise

1 avocado, cubed

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 Tbsp olive oil

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

6 Tbsp hemp seeds

How to Prepare

Slice kale and cube avocado.

Juice lemon. 

Combine kale, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a bowl.

Massage with hands until kale is tender. 

Toss in avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Top with hemp seeds.
