Are you looking for an easy, nutritious way to give your digestion, immune system and overall health a boost? Look no further than beef bone broth; one of the most nutrient-dense liquids on the planet and how about this—it’s surprisingly simple to make! Bone broths are made by simmering animal bones in water with some vegetables or herbs for flavor. Doing so releases large amounts of minerals from the bones into the liquid, which is easily absorbed by our bodies. Not only does it provide key vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, collagen as well as amino acids like glutamine that helps keep digestive issues at bay; it also has anti-inflammatory properties that helps reduce joint pain and promote healthy skin. In addition to numerous health benefits—especially gut healing—it is incredibly versatile in terms of culinary uses – nothing beats having your own homemade bone broth!
