1 cooked beet, peeled & sliced

2.6 oz.  frozen berries (blackberry & blueberry blend)

½ small frozen banana

5.3 oz. coconut yogurt

4 fl oz.  freshly squeezed orange juice

½ cup ice

1 tbsp. Sweetener (optional)

1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

How to Prepare

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
