Recipe

Serves 4

1 lb. (500g) ground beef, 5% fat

1¾ oz. (50g) smoked pancetta, roughly chopped

6 oz. (180g) Bolognese sauce (Sugar-free)

14 oz. (400g) canned chopped tomatoes

10½ oz. (300g) gluten-free dried spaghetti

How to Prepare

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a casserole pan over medium heat. Add beef and pancetta. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until browned.



Stir in Bolognese sauce and cook for 1 minute.



Add tomatoes and pour in 10 fl oz (300ml) water. Stir.



Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.



With 10 minutes left, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain.



Toss spaghetti with the sauce, divide between bowls, and serve.

Serving suggestion: grated plant-based Parmesan cheese.
