And this delicious recipe has everything from protein to vitamins and minerals to help give you all the energy and nutrients your body craves. Give it a try today, I promise you won’t regret it! Recipe

1½ cups coconut milk

½ banana

½ cup raspberries

½ avocado

1 cup mixed greens

1 scoop vanilla plant-based or collagen protein powder

Pinch nutmeg

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients for the booster smoothie to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.

•Enjoy!
