4 tbsp. almond shavings (flaked almonds)

4.4 oz. (125g) frozen summer fruit

3.5 oz. (100g) cooked beetroot

1.75 oz. (50g) porridge oats

25.6 fl oz. (755ml) unsweetened coconut yogurt

How to Prepare

Toast almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden; cool.



Blend frozen fruit, beetroot, oatmeal, and half the coconut yogurt until smooth.



Serve with the remaining yogurt, and top with almonds.
