Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

This Cherry Vanilla Smoothie is a simple way to get your daily dose of fruit and protein.  The sweet and tart cherries are combined with creamy dairy free vanilla yogurt to make a delicious and refreshing drink. Smoothies are a great way to pack in nutrients, and this one is no exception. Cherries are a good source of antioxidants, potassium, and Vitamin C, while yogurt is packed with probiotics. It’s great for breakfast, as a post-workout snack or when you just need a pick me up. 

Recipe

1 cup frozen cherries

½ cup dairy-free vanilla coconut yogurt

1 cup dairy-free milk

1 cup chopped romaine

½ avocado

1 scoop plant-based or collagen protein powder

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.

•Enjoy!
