Serves 1

1 ½ cups dairy-free milk

1 cup baby spinach

½ cucumber, chopped

1 handful fresh mint leaves

1 large orange, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped

Juice of ½ lime

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder

handful of ice cubes

How to Prepare

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then serve.
