Tender beef provides a high-quality source of protein and essential minerals like iron and zinc, which are crucial for energy production and immune function. Mushrooms contribute antioxidants and B vitamins that support brain health and metabolism, while onions add anti-inflammatory compounds that promote heart health. Using olive oil as a cooking fat delivers heart-friendly monounsaturated fats, and a splash of apple cider vinegar may aid digestion and help maintain balanced blood sugar levels.
