2 cups mixed greens
1 cup quinoa
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise, vegan mayonnaise OR plain dairy-free yogurt
1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
2 celery ribs, chopped,

½ cup sliced red onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
