1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 cod fillets
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
zest and juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
How to Prepare
Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the cod and season with salt and pepper.
