1 tablespoon tomato paste (from a BPA-free can)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 eggs
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup gluten-free oats
2 tablespoons dehydrated chopped onions (or 2 teaspoons onion powder)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
2 pounds ground turkey
How to Prepare
Heat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together tomato paste, vinegar, mustard, and eggs until smooth. Stir in almond flour, oats, and dry seasonings until well-combined. Use your hands to gently incorporate the ground meat evenly into the mixture.
Press meatloaf mixture into a glass meatloaf baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through in the center and slightly browned on top.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and enjoying with your favorite sides.
