Recipe
1 1/2 lb asparagus, tough ends removed
3 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 lemon, zest and juice 1 tablespoon
1 tsp thyme, dried
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

How to Prepare
Trim tough ends from asparagus.
Zest and juice lemon.
