1 ½ cups dairy free milk

1 cup kale

½ cup parsley

½ red pepper

1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

Stevia / monk fruit to taste, or 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

How to Prepare

•Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, (We like the Vitamix).

•Blend on high until smooth.
