How to Prepare
Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Add oil and brown turkey 3-4 mins per side.
Remove turkey. Add veggies and brown for 2 mins.
Add broth, scraping bottom.
Place turkey on the trivet over vegetables.
High pressure: 6 mins per pound + 2 mins.
Natural release 10 mins, then quick release.
Rest 10 mins before slicing. Internal temp should reach 165°F.
