1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 large onions, sliced
1 pound green beans, ends snapped
½ cup vegetable broth
1 pound sliced beef
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 large lemon, juiced
How to Prepare
Place a skillet onto the stove over medium heat. Add coconut oil. Once the oil melts, add onions. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Next, add green beans and broth. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
Uncover and add beef, salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Turn the heat on high. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink. Allow some of the broth to evaporate. Serve with lemon juice squeezed over the top.
