These sweet and crunchy treats are made with only three simple ingredients, making them perfect for when you need a quick snack. Plus, they’re a great way to use up any leftover macadamia nuts you might have. Just melt dark chocolate chips, mix in crunchy macadamia nuts, add a pinch of sea salt,  and allow the clusters to set in the fridge. It’s a fun and easy way to satisfy those sweet cravings without sabotaging your healthy eating habits. Try out the macadamia cocoa clusters for a treat that’s sure to put a smile on your face.

Recipe

1 ounce dairy-free dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons macadamia nuts

1 pinch sea salt

How to Prepare

Melt the Chocolate – In a small glass bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring in between) or using a double boiler.
Mix the Ingredients – Stir in the macadamia nuts and sea salt until well coated.
Form Clusters – Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill & Set – Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm.

Enjoy! Pop the clusters out and store them in an airtight container.
