Macadamia Cocoa Clusters

Move over, peanut butter cups. There’s a new chocolate-nut pairing in town, and it’s macadamia cocoa clusters! These sweet and crunchy treats are made with only three simple ingredients, making them perfect for when you need a quick snack. Plus, they’re a great way to use up any leftover macadamia nuts you might have. Just melt dark chocolate chips, mix in crunchy macadamia nuts, add a pinch of sea salt,  and allow the clusters to set in the fridge. Recipe

1 ounce dairy-free dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons macadamia nuts

1 pinch sea salt

How to Prepare

Melt dark chocolate chips in a small glass bowl. Stir in nuts and salt, then cool to room temperature.

Chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours or until set. Pop hardened clusters out of the bowl and enjoy!
