Recipe
Serves 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons dehydrated chopped onions (or 2 teaspoons onion powder)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
How to Prepare
Add all ingredients (except coconut oil) to a large food storage bag or food storage container. Seal, then shake until mixture is evenly distributed. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
When ready to cook the next day, drain and discard the marinade. Cook chicken thighs in a large skillet with the coconut oil over medium heat until cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side. Or grill them on an outdoor grill until they have grill marks and are cooked through.
Enjoy with your favorite side dish.
