Serves 4
2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 1-inch thick boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, to taste
½ cup chicken broth
Parsley (optional garnish)
How to Prepare
Add coconut oil to a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add pork chops and season with dry seasonings, using tongs to turn chops over to coat.
Sear chops on one side for 6 minutes or until golden brown, then flip over. Add chicken broth and parsley to the pan. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes more or until pork is just cooked through.
