Serves 6

2 pounds grass-fed ground beef

1 egg

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

½ cup almond flour

1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce (no sugar added)

How to Prepare

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Add the beef, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and almond flour to a large bowl. Mix well, then form into 1-inch meatballs. Layer meatballs onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. Serve with hot marinara sauce.
