2 14-ounce cans wild salmon
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, minced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup almond flour
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup minced parsley

1 tablespoon coconut oil
How to Prepare
