Serves 1

¾ cup dairy-free milk

¼ cup BPA-free canned pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

pinch sea salt

¼ cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds

How to Prepare

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, salt, and chia seeds. Rest for 5 minutes, then whisk again. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. To serve, top with pumpkin seeds.
