1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 pitted dates
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop plant based protein powder
*optional toppings: dried cranberries, coconut, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, granola, etc.
How to Prepare
Place all ingredients except your desired toppings into a blender. Blend until smooth.
