Autumn is in full swing and that means one thing: Pumpkin season! This pumpkin pie smoothie bowl is the perfect way to enjoy all the flavors of fall without having to bake a pie. It’s quick, easy, and healthy too – perfect for a snack or light breakfast. So grab your favorite fall spices and lets get blending!


1 large frozen banana

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

3/4 cup almond milk

1 Tbsp almond butter

2 pitted dates

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 scoop plant based protein powder

*optional toppings: dried cranberries, coconut, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, granola, etc.

How to Prepare

Place all ingredients except your desired toppings into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
