Recipe
12 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
1-3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp of sea salt, or to taste
3 Tbsp of filtered water
*notes – you can add in other veggies to roast at the same time like asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, green beans or bell peppers
How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
Spread the mushrooms evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes, stirring halfway through.
