1 avocado

juice of ½ lemon

sea salt and black pepper, to taste

¼ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary

2 slices gluten-free bread, toasted

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

How to Prepare

Add avocado, lemon juice, and dry seasoning to a small mixing bowl. Mash well with a fork, then spread the mash over the tops of the toasts. Place the sliced eggs on top, then enjoy!
