1 pound ground turkey
2 cloves minced garlic
¼ red onion, minced
6 leaves fresh sage, minced
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon coconut oil
How to Prepare
Add all ingredients (except oil) to a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix well to combine evenly, then form into 8 patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
