Serves 2

2 tbsp. ginger, grated

2 tbsp. garlic, grated

1 lb. (450g) ground beef, lean 5% fat

2 tbsp. Coconut aminos

How to Prepare

Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir continuously until golden, about 30 seconds.

Add ground beef and 1 tsp. salt. Break it up with a spoon and cook until no longer pink, about 3 minutes.

Stir in coconut aminos. Cook for 1 more minute until glossy.

Suggested serving: rice, chopped green onions and sliced cucumbers.
