Recipe
1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut in half
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic, pressed
How to Prepare
Wash and cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Press the garlic.
Preheat a skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Add the Brussels sprouts, salt and pepper. Cook without stirring 1-2 minutes or until the surface of the Brussels sprouts are browned. Flip the sprouts over and cook another 1-2 minutes or until browned.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until the sprouts until slightly softened. Add the garlic and stir to coat. Remove from heat and serve.
