Serves 4

4 turkey legs

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons poultry seasoning (salt-free)

2 large onions, sliced

4 carrots, chopped

4 celery stalks, chopped

1 quart apple cider

How to Prepare

Coat the turkey legs with coconut oil. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Place onions, carrots, celery, and turkey in a large crockpot. Pour in apple cider. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
