Recipe

Serves 4

1 cup cilantro

½ cup dairy free coconut yogurt

½ tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 tsp. coconut sugar (optional)

1 clove garlic

1 jalapeño pepper

salt & pepper, to taste

How to Prepare

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor, and blitz until well combined.

Pour the sauce into a jar with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
