Recipe
1 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp hot sauce we love sriracha!
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lime, cut into wedges
How to Prepare
Trim, wash, and halve Brussels sprouts.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut lime into wedges.
Whisk together olive oil, mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add Brussels sprouts to a large bowl, and toss with mustard dressing until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Scatter on parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes or until edges of sprouts are browned.
Serve with a wedge of lime.
