Serves 1
1/4 cup fresh or frozen diced peaches
1/4 cup fresh or frozen diced plums
1/4 cup fresh or frozen diced apricots
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup frozen spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup ice cubes
Toppings:
Diced fresh stone fruit (peaches, plums, apricots)
Fresh mint sprigs
Chopped pistachios or almonds

How to Prepare
Add coconut milk to blender first for easier blending.
