Recipe
1 medium banana, sliced & frozen
1 cup (145g) strawberries, frozen
2 scoops (50g) vanilla plant based protein powder
2 tbsp. almond butter
1.5 cups (360ml) almond milk, unsweetened

How to Prepare
Prepare Your Ingredients:
Slice and freeze your banana ahead of time for a thicker, creamier texture.
Use frozen strawberries for an extra-refreshing smoothie, or fresh ones if you prefer a lighter consistency.
Blend Until Smooth:
Add all the ingredients—banana, strawberries, vanilla plant-based protein powder, almond butter, and unsweetened almond milk—to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides to ensure everything blends evenly.
Adjust Consistency:
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk (one tablespoon at a time) and blend again.
If you want a thicker, milkshake-like texture, add a few ice cubes or a bit more frozen fruit.
Serve & Enjoy:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste.
For an extra-special touch, garnish with sliced strawberries, chia seeds, or a drizzle of almond butter.
Storage Tips (If Needed):
If you need to store it for later, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking.
Enjoy your Strawberry Burst Smoothie as a refreshing breakfast, a nourishing snack, or a post-workout treat.
