SALAD

6 cups bite-size spinach & arugula mix

1-1/2 cup of strawberries, cut into chunks

2 kiwifruit, cut into chunks

1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

DRESSING

2 Tbsp lime juice

2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (Optional)

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp ground ginger

How to Prepare

In a large bowl, mix together the salad ingredients.

For the dressing, add all ingredients into a container; cover and shake until smooth.
