Serves 4

1 lb.  ground turkey

1 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 tsp. olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

4 tbsp. basil, chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

¾ tsp. salt

½ tsp. black pepper

1 pt. sugar free marinara sauce

How to Prepare

Preheat oven to 425°F 

Place the ground turkey in a bowl, add the sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, onion, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.

With wet hands, roll 12 meatballs and place them in a baking dish.

Place the dish into the hot oven and bake the meatballs for 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Add in the marinara sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Serve the meatballs with a garnish of basil leaves.
